Setting up refund rules to automate alert handling
A core feature of Chargeblast's functionality is bespoke alert rulesets, including automated refund rules for alerted transactions. If you're currently using any payment processor or CRM Chargeblast is integrated with, you will have access to these features.
1. To get started using these features, go to the Refund Rules tab in Chargeblast:
2. In this tab, you can setup bespoke rulesets depending on your business needs. Below you'll see a rule created to automatically refund all Mastercard specific alerts that are at or below $100:
3. Additionally, we can also setup cancellation automations for alerted transactions. You can find this setting within the "General" tab.
