How to Enroll Your Shopify Account in Chargeblast
To onboard with Chargeblast, we require two non-sensitive information:

Billing Descriptors
- Go to Settings and click "Payments"
- Click on "Manage" under the Shopify Payment section.
- Scroll down to the Customer billing statement to find your statement descriptor.

4 Visa ARNs
- Go to the “Orders” tab
- Filter by “Payment Status” and click “Refunded.”
- Press into 3 of your VISA refunds from 1 - 2 months ago; you should see ARN numbers in the Shopify log when the customer was refunded.
[Note] Visa ARNs begin with either a 2 or 7 and are 23 digits long. Also, have a "4" as the second digit of the sequence as seen in the image below.
Don't have any Visa ARNs?
Please reach out to your payment processor and request your comprehensive BIN/CAIDs. Once acquired, please provide these to us via our support chat.
Once you have collected these pieces of information, create a Chargeblast account here, and follow the onboarding steps provided. If you have an existing Chargeblast account, you may submit the information here.
Kindly allow 24-48 hours for your Ethoca and CDRN enrollment to complete, and up to 1-2 weeks for Visa RDR.
To integrate your Shopify account:
- Log in to Chargeblast
- Click on the “Integrations” tab then click “Shopify”
- Click “+Add Connection”
- Type in your Store URL. You can find this under Settings, then click on the “Domain” tab.
- Click “Connect Shopify”
