How to get Amex/Discover identifiers

In order to enroll in AMEX and Discover coverage, you will need to obtain your Amex CE, registered Amex descriptor, and Discover CE number.
To obtain this on Stripe, please email Stripe support the following:
I am enrolling for AMEX and Discover Ethoca Alerts and RDR Alerts via my third party vendor, Chargeblast. In order to do so, I need my AMEX SE number, registered AMEX descriptor, and Discover SE number. I also need a complete list of my historical billing descriptors as well as BIN/CAIDs. Can you please provide these pieces of information to me ASAP? Let me know if you need any additional info from me. Please feel free to provide me these pieces of information piecemeal.
